Citrus’ softball team clinched the 2024-2025 Western State-South conference title, finishing with a conference record of 10-2.
The title comes off the back of a 4-0 win in their final conference game against Antelope Valley on April 17.
This is the team’s first conference title since the 2014-2015 season, when they finished with a conference record of 18-3 and a regular season record of 20-5.
Citrus will return to the plate at 2 p.m. on April 23 at home when they take on Pasadena City College in their first of the final three games of regular season.
Citrus will then set their sights on the 3C2A Softball Regional Playoffs.
