Citrus’ superintendent/president welcomes students to fall semester

Dear Students,

Welcome to the start of the fall semester! Our entire campus community is thrilled that you have chosen Citrus College as your home.

As you pursue your academic, professional and personal goals, please know that our faculty and staff are here to support you every step of the way.

As a new or returning student, it is important that you stay connected to what’s going on. In addition to checking your student email on a regular basis, I recommend that you download the Citrus Mobile and Guardian apps, and please follow us on social media.

It’s also worth mentioning that we have a variety of resources available to support you with any needs.

One of the most popular forms of support available to you as a student is the Student Support Grant, which provides students with up to $250 in support. You can learn more about this on our Citrus College website under the “Resources for Students in Need” page.

We also have a food pantry in the Campus Center that is available to all students. It offers free food, personal care items and toiletries.

The Student Wellness Center is another great resource. It offers free medical and mental health appointments to currently enrolled students who pay the student health fee.

Overall, Citrus College is committed to making sure you have all the tools you need to succeed. With that, I hope you’ve had a terrific summer. We are excited to see you on campus this fall. Go Owls!

Sincerely,

Greg Schulz, Ed.D.
Superintendent/President
