ETT students will be exploring London and will be able to have backstage tours of the plays they’ll be attending.

“The reason why this trip is being done is because it’s a way to thank ETT students and all of their hard work,” Volonte said.

The ETT travel planner, Kristen Campbell explained the trip has an estimated cost of $71,275, as shown in the estimated budget.

The expenses will be paid for using money the ETT students earned from previous jobs.

Campbell said she’s very excited since they will be visiting Shakespeare’s birthplace, England.

ETT students will be attending the musical “Guys N Dolls” in London, Campbell said. During a backstage tour, ETT students will have the opportunity to talk with the professionals in charge of the technology of the show.

“We’re hoping they take advantage of this opportunity and we’re also hoping they get helpful advice from the professionals,” Campbell said.

Campbell also said England is known for its cool theater technology and overall this experience will help students get in touch with their professionalism.

“We are hoping the trip will be a very enjoyable experience,” Volonte said.

Campbell said there are currently no future plans of traveling after this trip anytime soon.
