A female student reported a man masturbating and exposing himself at 4:20 p.m. on Nov. 3 in the S6 parking lot at Citrus College.
Campus Safety sent out a Timely Warning email saying the student reported “she saw the unknown male’s arm moving up and down near his lap.” The student said “she yelled at the male and he subsequently lifted his torso and exposed himself to her.”
The suspect is described as a light skinned hispanic man, “mid 20s, dark, curly hair to his jawline, slim build, no facial hair,”
The suspect’s car is described as a black compact sedan with a spoiler.
Campus Safety asks anyone with information regarding the incident, the suspect, or similar incidents to contact them at (626) 914-8611 and reference IR#2018-097.
The incident is the second indecent exposure on campus this year.
