A Caucasian male in his late 60s in a black four-door SUV was arrested by Glendora Police Department for indecent exposure April 4 at Citrus College.
Citrus Campus Safety received a report from a female student saying the man was sitting in the front driver’s seat of his vehicle watching a laptop adjacent to him and naked from the waist down, according to a timely warning update.
The female student said he was masturbating.
Glendora PD responded and interviewed the victim and suspect and classified the incident as indecent exposure.
